american collectors

last week i watched 'american collectors' - a 'documentary that examines the relationship between people + their object of desire'.

as a collector, i could certainly relate to their stories + it made me wonder why i collect the things i do.  my collections are quite small in comparison but i have several of them.  i am kept in check by a lack of space + a husband who prefers clean lines + surfaces.  i would love a minimalist style home - but where would i put all my stuff?
