she thrifted this gown on her own.
hot pink velvet and made by hand
with a lovely bow detail at the back.
she says her hands are "velvet magnets".
when i asked to take her photo,
she insisted on posing as "a princess who was dying or maybe only fainting".
she couldn't wear the dress to school
so she wore it out to dinner celebrating her last day of kindergarten.
